Settimo’s wine concept has been purposely designed to introduce and welcome our guests to the breadth and depth of Italian and Australian wines, as well as a small selection of Queensland producers.

The wine list features producers that celebrate and respect Italian traditions or push the envelope to create something new.  We encourage our guests to explore something unique that may be difficult to pronounce.
 
In addition to a focus on Italian wines, the philosophy celebrates a selection of Australian winemakers steering Italian wine varietals.
 
Additionally, the wine list pays specific attention to the depth of Taurasi wines - a bold red made from the Agliancio grape native to Campania. Barbaresco, Barolo, Brunello, and Chianti will be key features of the list as well as a wide supply of Amari liqueurs - bitter digestives that are best enjoyed after a large meal. 
 
The matchless mix of old and new world wines have been hand-picked to complement Settimo's food philosophy of fresh coastal cuisine, evoking the sense of La Dolce Vita, living the moment through discovery and evoking inquisitiveness to be shared with family and friends.
 
Within each wine region, Settimo features a selection of famous producers & boutique wineries. Each drop tells a distinctive story that perfects Settimo's coastal Italian and Queensland influenced flavours.
